About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to support the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for our core digital experiences. You will work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering to build products our customers love while driving measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap, define long-term vision, and set key performance indicators (KPIs) like retention, revenue, and adoption.
• Discovery & Research: Conduct user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover customer pain points and new opportunities.
• Execution & Delivery: Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner closely with UX/UI designers and software engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer support, and legal to ensure smooth go-to-market (GTM) launches and post-launch optimization.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Monitor product metrics, run A/B tests, and analyze user feedback to continuously refine and improve the product.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management (or a closely related technical/business role).

• Comfortable working with data (SQL, Google Analytics, or BI dashboards) to make prioritization decisions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Good understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), APIs, and modern web/mobile architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
