Thalpos helps families caring for someone with dementia. We put credentialed, dementia-trained people in homes nationwide, and we run the coordination infrastructure behind the CMS GUIDE Model for provider and payer partners. Small team, real revenue, growing fast.

The job

Our CEO sells and builds product. We need someone to turn what he signs into operations that actually run.

Every new partner agreement means onboarding, service levels, compliance with their requirements, invoicing and reporting. Right now all of that lands back on the CEO’s desk after the deal closes. You’d own it instead.

There is no playbook. You’d be writing it.

What you’d own

Partner onboarding, from signed agreement to live
Service levels, for partners and for families
The KPI pack, weekly for the team and monthly for our advisors
Partner invoicing and weekly rate files
Partner compliance, working directly with their teams
Our multi-state licensure calendar
Back office and vendor management
Supporting our consumer product, including being the internal owner when we turn on paid acquisition

How you’d be measured

New partner from signed agreement to live
Service levels met across every partner
Monthly close, invoicing and back office
Licensure filings on schedule:
Compliance items past due
Consumer funnel, inquiry to first visit

What we’re looking for

You’ve built something from nothing at a company under fifty people. No team, no tooling, no playbook handed over.
You’ve owned client or partner delivery with service levels you were personally accountable for.
You build the reporting instead of asking someone else for it.
You’re comfortable in regulated, multi-state operations, or you’ll learn it fast and own the calendar.
Healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Logistics

Our Mountain View office, four-five days a week.
