Configure physical server hardware and management interfaces to prepare systems for VMware ESXi installation; maintain virtual infrastructure and VDI images.

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, firewall policies, VLANs, and network connectivity; support Palo Alto firewalls and VMware NSX configurations.

Build and maintain container images, troubleshoot Kubernetes issues, and support containerized applications.

Modify Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and troubleshoot DNS configuration and name-resolution issues.

Update and maintain system, application, and infrastructure certificates; troubleshoot certificate-related issues.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; 4 additional years experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience with Git-based version control, including GitLab or GitHub, branching, code reviews, and release management.

Working knowledge of Ansible, including modifying playbooks, managing inventories, and troubleshooting automation.

Experience supporting VMware virtualization, server hardware, and Windows or RHEL environments.

Familiarity with container images, Kubernetes troubleshooting, and infrastructure scripting.

Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Certification per DoD 8140/8570.01-M at IAT or IAM Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, or CGRC/CAP.)

Must possess an active Interim Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain one before beginning work on the program, and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
