AI/ML Engineer, Business, Data & AI

At Niuro, we're hiring a senior AI/ML Engineer for a US tax software company that is building its data and AI capabilities. You will connect business problems with production ML and LLM solutions. Full-time contractor role, 100% remote from Latin America, paid in USD.

What you'll do

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs and data sources
• Build and integrate AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, MCP and internal enterprise data
• Develop predictive models and forecasting as the data platform evolves
• Design end-to-end data pipelines and keep data quality, security and compliance high

What you bring

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering, data engineering or data science
• Hands-on LLM application work, especially RAG and/or MCP
• Strong AWS and cloud data architecture experience
• Traditional ML and predictive modeling
• Advanced SQL
• Experience handling PII or regulated data
• C1 English
