🚀 Hiring: Technical Program Manager – Mechanical Engineering 5 + Years

📍 Location: Long Beach, CA

🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager / Project Engineer to support hardware development programs within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities and program schedules.
• Support product development from concept and design through validation, integration, and production launch.
• Track deliverables, risks, budgets, and program milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, and supply chain teams to ensure timely parts availability.
• Support design reviews, build events, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical program management, project engineering, or hardware development.
• Understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and validation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Automotive interiors, seating, or EV systems experience.
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or Confluence.
