Network Security Administrator

Our client in Western MA is seeking a full time SecOps & Systems Admin.

Project Details:

• Will be the primary owner of a new digital certificate lifecycle management offering (DigiCert).
• Will handle security operations: incident response, XDR/MDR workflows, and EDR platform work
• Secondary sysadmin duties: patching automation, Windows Server/AD, backups, and endpoints

Must Haves:

• 1–3 years of hands-on security operations experience: alert triage, investigation, incident response
• Digital certificate/PKI experience: CSRs, certificate chains, renewals, revocation
• Systems administration experience
• Solid TLS/SSL, DNS, firewall and networking fundamentals
• Clear written communication for documentation and runbooks

Nice to Haves:

• DigiCert (big plus)
• MSP background
• XDR/MDR/EDR platforms
• Fortinet
• NinjaOne or another RMM
• Windows Server/Active Directory
• Enterprise backup tools
• Security+, CySA+, GCIH or Fortinet NSE certifications
