Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer with 6–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift-based native iOS development and experience delivering secure, high-performance mobile applications. Prior experience in the Retail Banking domain is highly preferred, with an understanding of digital banking, payments, and customer-facing financial applications.

Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and the latest iOS frameworks.

Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, QA teams, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Develop scalable, secure, and reusable application components following best coding practices.

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs while ensuring optimal application performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and user experience.

Implement unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices to maintain code quality.

Ensure applications comply with security, accessibility, and enterprise mobility standards.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.

Experience in Retail Banking applications, including digital banking, payments, account management, or customer onboarding, is highly desirable.
