Agentic Workflow Engineer (Founding Team)

We inspect commercial trucks and heavy equipment nationwide, and we're building AI agents to run most of the business: lead replies, scheduling, inspector sourcing, report checks, and follow-ups. We want a builder who loves making agents actually work in the real world.

What you'll do
• Design, build, and tune AI agent workflows for customer and job management
• Connect tools: CRM, phone/SMS, email, forms, payments, and our web app
• Watch agent output, find where it breaks, and fix it
• Handle customer and job escalations when the agents can't
• Ship fast and improve weekly with the founder

Who you are
• You've built with LLMs, automations, or no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs)
• You think in systems and can explain them simply
• You learn fast and like owning outcomes
• Interest in trucks and heavy equipment is a big plus
