AI Agent Operations Manager

Sell My Rig runs pre-purchase inspections on commercial trucks and heavy equipment across the US. Jobs are coming in fast, and a team of AI agents handles a lot of the work: intake, scheduling, finding inspectors, and reports. We need the human who runs those agents and keeps every customer happy.

What you'll do:
• Own customer interactions from first call to delivered report
• Manage the job pipeline: book inspections, line up mechanics nationwide, chase deadlines
• Supervise our AI agents: review what they do, catch mistakes, make them better every week
• Turn messy processes into clean workflows and checklists
• Work directly with the founder and help shape how the company runs

Who you are:
• Smart, fast learner who gets things done without hand-holding
• Comfortable with software, automations, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, CRMs, etc.)
• Scheduling or ops experience is a plus, but how fast you learn matters more
• Some knowledge of trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment, or real interest in learning
• Clear communicator by phone, text, and email
