MAVIS is an AI Kitchen OS that decides what's for dinner, plans your week, builds your grocery list and learns your fridge. We're hiring a Growth Intern to run content, user growth and grocery partnerships on the ground in Toronto.
Dates: Dec 1, 2026 – Feb 7, 2027
What you'll do
• Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn) that makes busy people stop thinking about food
• Get MAVIS into people's hands: campus, gyms, offices, communities, online
• Visit independent Toronto grocers, set up in-store QR displays and start partnership conversations
• Track what's working (sign-ups, conversions, content performance) and check in daily with the founders
You might be a fit if you
• Already post content in English and have a page we can look at
• Are comfortable walking into a store and talking to the owner
• Are 18+, in Toronto and legally able to work in Canada for Dec 1 – Feb 7
• Have fluent English
• Bonus: studying computer science, marketing, communications, business, media or nutrition
• Strong asset: fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese
What you get
• $240/week for up to 15 hours, paid weekly
• Commission: $1 for every 2 paying subscribers you bring in, no cap
• A free private, furnished place in midtown Toronto from early December to Feb 6, utilities included
• A "Growth Lead" title, daily check-ins with the founders, and a strong reference
Shortlisted applicants complete our full application and a short task (about 90 minutes).
