About WOLF Financial
WOLF Financial is a financial media, content, and education company reaching investors across YouTube, X, podcasts, and live events. Through our owned channels and a network of financial creators, we help ETF issuers, asset managers, public companies, and fintech brands reach engaged investing audiences with sponsored content, interviews, livestreams, and campaigns. We are a lean, fast-moving team where every person owns real outcomes. Learn more at wolf.financial.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for brands that come to WOLF wanting to reach investors. Most of your pipeline will be inbound: asset managers, ETF issuers, public companies, and fintech firms that reach out to us. Your job is to qualify them quickly, understand what they need, build a proposal that fits, and close. After the deal is signed, the account is handed to our marketing team, who manage the relationship, renewals, and upsells.
Reports to: Founder & CEO, COO, and Sales Lead.
What You'll Do
Qualify inbound leads
- Respond to new inbound inquiries within one business day and book discovery calls.
- Run discovery calls to understand the prospect's goals, audience, budget, timeline, and decision-makers.
- Qualify or disqualify leads quickly, and route poor-fit leads to nurture or referral.
Build and present proposals
- Translate client goals into tailored proposals using WOLF's packages: sponsored content, creator campaigns, interviews, livestreams, and events.
- Work with the content and creator teams to scope deliverables and confirm feasibility before pricing.
- Present proposals, handle objections, and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.
Close and hand off
- Drive deals to signature and coordinate contracts with leadership.
- Hand off signed clients to the delivery team with a complete brief so campaigns launch on time.
Run a clean pipeline
- Keep every lead, call, proposal, and deal stage up to date in the CRM.
- Report weekly on pipeline, forecast, and win/loss reasons.
- Share what you hear from clients to sharpen our packaging, pricing, and positioning.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience in a closing sales role (Account Executive or similar) with a track record against quota.
- Experience selling media, advertising, sponsorships, marketing services, or B2B services with deal sizes of $25K+.
- Comfortable running discovery, building proposals, and negotiating with marketing and senior decision-makers.
- Strong written communication: clear proposals, follow-ups, and recap emails.
- Disciplined CRM habits and the self-management to thrive fully remote.
Preferred
- Experience selling into asset managers, ETF issuers, financial services, or fintech.
- Familiarity with creator, influencer, or podcast sponsorships.
- Working knowledge of financial-services marketing compliance (review cycles, disclosures).
- Interest in markets and investing.
How you work
- You respond fast and follow up without being chased.
- You'd rather disqualify a bad-fit lead early than chase it for months.
- You treat clients as long-term relationships, not one-off transactions.
Compensation & Location
- Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission on new-client revenue, paid monthly.
- Pay range (required by state pay-transparency laws): Base salary range: $55,000–$75,000. Commission on new-client revenue (uncapped). Exact figures are shared with candidates early in the process.
- Location: Fully remote (U.S.). Occasional travel to client meetings, conferences, and WOLF events.
- Benefits: Equipment, flexible hours, company retreats.
How to Apply
Apply through Wellfound and include a three-minute video (Loom, unlisted YouTube, or Drive link) describing the largest deal you've closed and how you won it.
