Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Summary
Nammu21 is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to own delivery, planning discipline, and execution transparency across our engineering teams.

The role operates across Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations - improving delivery predictability, keeping concurrent workstreams aligned, and reporting clearly from sprint execution through senior leadership.

This is a role for someone who has managed multiple delivery teams, built effective (or improved upon existing) agile practices, and created accountability through clear commitments, metrics, and early escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retros across multiple teams
• Generate sprint reports and metrics, highlighting unplanned work and rollover, and use them to identify opportunities to improve processes
• Work with Product and Engineering management to turn ambiguous requirements into scoped, sequenced plans with clear owners
• Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and progress, and communicate status to engineering and business stakeholders
• Coordinate release planning, as well as internal and external release communications
• Structure and facilitate quarterly planning, covering capacity, sequencing, priorities, and dependencies
• Identify blockers and drive resolution, with clear owners and completion dates.
• Partner with Customer Operations to manage support, ensuring tickets are categorized, routed, and recorded in Jira
• Support leadership in balancing roadmap delivery, technical work, defects, and customer priorities

Required Experience

• 5 to 7 years of project management or software delivery experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and/or engineering teams
• Technical fluency to work with engineering teams, understand dependencies, and challenge delivery assumptions
• Proficient in Jira (and other Atlassian products), including knowledge of dashboards, reporting, automations, plugins, etc.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Background in financial services, fintech, and/or credit/capital markets
• Experience working at a startup or small company
• PMP certification or similar
