Talent Acquisition Associate

PeakTew is a social media app aiming to connect more people with the real world. Our team consists of passionate individuals from over a dozen different countries. This offer is aimed at those willing to take part in a startup project in their free time to learn more about the professional world and gain international work experience. This implies being ready to commit some time every week to the project. This is an online role, meaning that you would be working remotely.

We are currently looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to contribute to the growth and culture-building of the company, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and team management.

Your missions:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to address hiring needs and develop strategic talent pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support onboarding to foster a smooth integration into the company culture.
• Participate in team meetings to align hiring priorities and challenges.

Regarding compensation: This is currently an unpaid opportunity as PeakTew is a student-led startup project that is not yet generating revenue. This role is mainly suited for students or individuals looking to gain international experience, practical skills, and exposure to working in a startup environment.

• Convenient English level (PeakTew operates in English).
• Experience or strong interest in HR management or recruitment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business team members.
