Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
• Develop Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and automation workflows.
• Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Manage Salesforce deployments using Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with technical teams and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and coding best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and automation.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, MuleSoft, and Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agentforce, Einstein AI, and enterprise CRM architecture.
