Job OverviewOPEN TO CURRENT AFRL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES ONLY.This announcement will be accepting candidate submissions until 11:45 EST, 6 November 2026.The AFRL/PKI Information and Digital Solutions Division is responsible for enterprise-level digital support via acquisition systems troubleshooting and assistance, development of new digital tools, identification/deployment/training for existing digital tools, contract execution for contractor-developed digital tools, and data extraction and analysis for data-driven decision-making. Responsible for development and deployment of AFRL/PK enterprise tools Resolving acquisition systems issues Gathering/analyzing/visualizing data for leadership decision-making Interfacing with internal AFRL leadership and external partner leadership on the aforementioned Required Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University. Specialized experience at the DO-02, NH-03, or GS-13 equivalent level or higher. Experience should involve: Developing, managing, and supporting acquisition tools Data-centric retrieval, analysis, and visualization IT and acquisition systems (CON-IT, ConWrite, PIEE, KTFS, etc.) issue resolution Development and management of action-specific teams; non-supervisory experience developing and managing teams qualifies Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university is highly desired. Experience advising leadership on complex data-centric, acquisitions systems, and tool development contracting matters, with specific emphasis on: PIEE, CON-IT, PMRT, SAM, KTFS, GenAI, and M365 Suite and Microsoft Power Platform.
