Product Lead

You will own the JOMIRA One product vision, roadmap and delivery. You are the bridge between the regulatory reality of Saudi capital markets, our engineers, and the institutions that will build on us. You will decide what we build, in what order, and why.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the platform modules: identity and KYC, compliance engine, token factory, custody integration, settlement, secondary trading rails, corporate actions and RegReport.

• Translate regulation into product. Turn CMA (Capital Market Authority), REGA (Real-estate General Authority) and SAMA (Central Bank) requirements into clear specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. This includes the dual-regulator boundary between property records and investment instruments.

• Run the backlog and delivery. Write PRDs, prioritize ruthlessly, and run sprints with blockchain, backend and security engineers.

• Define API and developer experience. Make sure our API, SDKs, sandbox and documentation are easy for enterprise engineering teams to integrate.

• Work with customers. Run discovery with PropTech platforms, banks and issuers, and turn what you learn into prioritized product bets.

• Own product metrics. Track API adoption, onboarding time, integration depth and retention, and tie them to our subscription and usage-based revenue model.

• Partner with Compliance and Legal on token structures, SPV and legal wrapper requirements, investor eligibility rules and audit readiness.

• Manage integration dependencies. Coordinate with government and ecosystem platforms (RER, Nafath, Yakeen, Sadad, Mada) and with custodians and infrastructure partners.

• Support fundraising and partnerships. Contribute product depth to investor, regulator and partner conversations.

• Build the product function. Set product standards and, over time, hire and lead the product team.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in product management or ownership, including 2+ years in fintech, capital markets, digital assets or regulated infrastructure.
• Experience shipping B2B, API-first or platform products to enterprise customers.
• A working understanding of tokenization and RWA: security tokens, ERC-3643 / ERC-1400, smart contract lifecycles, on-chain and off-chain compliance, and settlement (DvP).
• Familiarity with Saudi or GCC regulatory frameworks (CMA, REGA, SAMA, sandboxes) or a proven ability to learn them quickly.
• Strong skills in writing PRDs, prioritizing a backlog and working closely with engineers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a builder’s mindset. You can run discovery, define the solution and drive it to launch.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with KYC/AML, custody or fund administration products
• Background in real estate, REITs or Islamic finance
• Prior work with government or regulator-facing platforms
• Technical depth (you can read a smart contract spec or API design)
• Startup or 0-to-1 experience
