About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Project Manager to lead enterprise network infrastructure and migration projects from planning through implementation and closure. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing network migrations, infrastructure upgrades, deployment activities, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders while ensuring minimal service disruption and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end network infrastructure and migration projects, including network upgrades, data center migrations, network consolidation, and technology transitions.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed migration plans, implementation schedules, cutover strategies, rollback plans, and business continuity arrangements.
• Coordinate with network architects, engineers, IT infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, application teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Manage projects involving LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and related enterprise networking technologies.
• Oversee pre-migration assessments, dependency identification, network readiness, testing, implementation, and post-migration validation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and migration activities to minimize downtime and business disruption.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and governance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement dependencies, contractual deliverables, and third-party implementation teams.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide progress reports, risk updates, and escalation summaries to senior management and clients.
• Ensure network security requirements, technical standards, documentation, operational handover, and project closure activities are completed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing network migration, network upgrade, deployment, or data center networking projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, WLAN, and SD-WAN.
• Experience in migration planning, cutover coordination, rollback planning, testing, and post-migration validation.
• Strong project management skills covering scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams, vendors, service providers, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
