Job Description:

• The Data Analyst will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, develop Tableau dashboards, investigate operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL expertise, experience with data visualization and reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• . Ability to analyze user, organization, and access management data
• . Experience documenting business rules, metric definitions, and reporting requirements
• . Strong data quality analysis and root cause investigation skills
• . Ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations
• . Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, Operations, and business stakeholders
• . Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• . Familiarity with identity and access management data is preferred
• . Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and investigations

Desired Skillset:

• . Strong experience analyzing customer, user, organization, or access management data
• . Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and investigations
• . Experience developing or supporting Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
• . Ability to gather and document reporting requirements, business rules, metrics, and data specifications
• . Experience investigating data quality issues, process failures, and operational incidents
• . Strong understanding of data analysis, root cause investigation, and data validation
• . Ability to translate complex findings into clear business insights and recommendations
• . Experience working with product owners, developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders
• . Strong communication, documentation, organization, and problem solving skills
• . Knowledge of identity and access management concepts is highly preferred
• . Financial services or other regulated industry experience is a plus

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
