Founding Engineer

You'll be our founding engineer, working directly with our technical co-founder and CEO. You'll own
large parts of the backend, our agent infrastructure and the data layer, and you'll ship to customers

What you'll work on

• Postgres-backed services and APIs that run thousands of agent workflows a day
• Autonomous agent systems: multi-step, multi-model pipelines that research, score, write and
• check their own output
• Data pipelines that pull in LinkedIn, job-board, company and enrichment data and turn it into
• signals
• Customer-facing features end to end, from the first call to production
• The engineering culture and hiring bar, from day one

Who you are
You've done zero-to-one before. You joined a company at or near zero revenue, as a founding
engineer, first engineering hire or CTO, and stayed while it grew. You can tell us what you changed to
make that growth happen.
You have strong fundamentals. *Frameworks come and go. We care that you understand:
*1. Networking: how HTTP, browsers and servers actually work
2. Data: data structures and databases. This knowledge compounds forever
3. Algorithms and architecture: you can design a system and explain its trade-offs
4. Product: you can take a messy customer conversation, split out what's essential right now, and
defer the rest
