Commercial Operator

DroidDepot is part of spARK Labs by ARK Invest, and we're building the managed deployment layer for commercial robots in Florida. There is exactly one Commercial Operator seat on the founding team. You will own a robot pilot end-to-end: site assessment, the pilot statement of work and safety pack, deployment, crew training, uptime, and the weekly proof-of-work reporting that turns a pilot into a contract. Your first 90 days, one deliverable: deliver the pilot — take the first signed 90-Day Managed Proof from site assessment to a running, measured deployment (at least 95% scheduled tasks completed, zero safety incidents, uptime and proof-of-work reporting the customer trusts); build the reusable deployment playbook as you go; stand up the operator side of our OEM and rental supply lines. Who you are: you've run multi-site facility-services operations — cleaning, janitorial, or facilities contracts at an ABM, Sodexo, FlagShip, ISS, or comparable operator — and you know what a site manager needs at 6 a.m. when a shift doesn't show. You're field-technical: comfortable around equipment, vendors, and crews. You've carried a P&L, a contract, or a client relationship where performance was measured. The honest stage: DroidDepot is pre-revenue and pre-pilot, bootstrapped, founder-owned. We're not offering a salary today — we're offering meaningful founding-team equity, flexible hours built around your current work, and a seat that exists once. The condition is commitment and delivery, not a fixed hour count.
