Physical AI Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Physical AI Operations Engineer to help bring AI-powered systems into real-world physical environments. You will work across robotics, edge AI, IoT, sensors, and field operations to deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve physical AI systems in production.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience taking physical AI or autonomous systems from prototype to real-world deployment, and who understands reliability, failure handling, human-in-the-loop operations, data quality, and cost at scale.

Required Qualifications：
1.Has shipped and operated a physical AI system in production — not only built a demo /done research
2.Can speak concretely about failure rates, edge cases, safety, human-in-the-loop, unit cost, and maintenance
3.Systems thinking: hardware + software + people/process together
4.Hands-on, measurable: uptime, intervention rate, task success rate, cost per task/site
