Apex Supply Partners LLC is expanding its supplier sourcing desk. We are seeking dependable, persistent individuals who can independently research domestic manufacturers and commercial master distributors, contact sales desks, obtain written wholesale dealer quotes, and follow through on active purchasing assignments.
You bring clear communication, analytical curiosity, and outbound persistence. We provide vetted solicitation targets, exact item specifications, standardized outreach scripts, and our internal tracking workflows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Research & Identify Domestic Suppliers: Conduct independent commercial research to identify domestic OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), authorized master distributors, and regional parts desks that manufacture or stock the specific products required in active agency solicitations.
Contact Commercial Suppliers: Reach out to domestic manufacturers, distributors, and wholesale sales desks via phone and email using structured purchasing assignments and your own supplier research.
Lock In Written Quotations: Obtain formal written price sheets covering wholesale dealer pricing, physical stock availability, factory lead times, and freight delivery terms.
Gather Compliance Documentation: Request specific supplier documentation listed in your assignment (e.g., technical cut-sheets, Buy American Act / TAA origin statements, and OEM warranty terms).
Track Pipeline Activity: Log newly discovered suppliers, follow up on pending requests, and maintain accurate call notes and quote statuses in our tracking system.
Hand Off Quote Packages: Deliver verified quote packages to executive management for final bid assembly and margin underwriting.

WORK THAT FITS YOUR AVAILABILITY
Self-Directed Hours: Take on a manageable workload, starting with small assignments designed around approximately 30 minutes a day, or take on more deals as your schedule permits.
US Business Hours: Outreach takes place during domestic supplier operating hours (Monday–Friday, Eastern through Pacific business days). You control your availability and the specific assignments you accept.
High-Follow-Through Mandate: Accepted assignments require thorough supplier research, consistent follow-through, rigorous attention to part numbers, and clear communication regarding bid closing deadlines.
Entry-Level Welcome: Students, working professionals, and motivated applicants without prior government procurement experience are welcome to apply.

COMPENSATION & NET PROFIT ALLOCATION
This is an independent contractor (1099-NEC) performance-only commission role with zero base salary, zero hourly wage, and zero guaranteed compensation. We do not offer hourly wages or W-2 employment under any circumstances.
Net Realized Profit Baseline: Commissions are calculated strictly as a percentage of Collected Net Realized Profit—defined as gross contract revenue collected from the client, minus all direct Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), destination freight/shipping, packaging costs, and all third-party purchase order financing, factoring, or capital facility fees. Sourcing commissions are distributed exclusively from the remaining net cash pool after all fulfillment costs and capital partners have been satisfied in full.
Baseline Commission & Performance Tiers: Sourcing Associates earn a baseline 10% commission of Apex’s Collected Net Realized Profit on qualifying awarded contracts sourced and finalized by the associate. Any subsequent upward adjustments above the baseline are strictly merit-based, determined through periodic evaluations of sourcing accuracy, speed, and deal volume, and granted solely at the discretion of Company Directors.
Pre-Assignment Written Allocation: Your commission percentage and assignment scope are agreed upon in writing before outreach begins. If multiple associates contribute to sourcing different line items on a single award, the allocated commission pool is split proportionally under those written terms.
Disbursement Trigger: Commissions are disbursed following contract award, independent verification of supplier pricing/terms, and the successful clearance of external contract funding into company accounts.
Performance Reality: Contract awards and funding are not guaranteed. Solicitations that are canceled, non-awarded, or priced out by competitors earn no commission.

MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
US Citizenship Required: Must be a United States Citizen residing domestically within the United States. Due to federal procurement documentation access, export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), and our direct 1099 compliance framework, we do not accept visa holders, F-1 OPT/CPT students, or international applicants.
Supplier Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to efficiently search online directories, industrial catalogs, and trade databases to locate direct manufacturers and authorized wholesale distributors for specialized commodities.
Fluent Spoken English: Must speak clear, fluent, professional English with strong conversational confidence. This role relies heavily on cold outbound phone calls to domestic sales managers, navigating gatekeepers, and negotiating dealer pricing in real time.
Contractor Status: Must be 18 years of age or older with the legal capacity to execute a standard Form 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement and submit an IRS Form W-9.
Equipment & Schedule: Must have a dedicated computer, reliable high-speed internet, and regular weekday availability during standard US supplier operating hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM domestic time zones).
