Python Developer (Clone)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-performance, scalable Python applications using modern frameworks and architectural best practices.
• Lead backend development initiatives, including RESTful API design, microservices development, and system integrations.
• Architect and optimize complex data processing workflows and backend services for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain efficient database solutions, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Implement secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant application components in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish development best practices.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve application reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, deployment strategies, and application modernization initiatives.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
• 8+ Years of Python Development Experience
• Advanced Python 3.x / Object-Oriented Programming
• Django / Flask / FastAPI
• RESTful APIs & Microservices Architecture
• SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD – Jenkins / GitHub Actions
• Git / Version Control
• Unit Testing – PyTest / Unittest
• Performance Optimization & Debugging
• Agile / Scrum Methodologies

Preferred Skills:
• Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Redis / Caching Technologies
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• NoSQL Databases – MongoDB / DynamoDB
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native applications
