Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.

What you will get

  • An agile career and dynamic working culture
  • An inclusive and ethical workplace
  • Compensation programs that recognize high performance
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Opportunities to grow your technical expertise and influence manufacturing performance
  • Collaboration with experienced, cross-functional engineering teams

What you will do

  • Own and support pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including spray dryers
  • Provide hands-on engineering support across manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, process, automation, and electrical issues safely
  • Act as a subject matter expert for equipment performance and lifecycle management
  • Support capital projects from design through commissioning and qualification
  • Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintainability
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and GMP guidelines

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or GED required; engineering degree preferred
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Hands-on experience with capital projects and engineering documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills using structured troubleshooting methods
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of automation, controls, or equipment data systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment
  • Self-driven, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
