COO (Clone)

As Founding Chief Operating Officer (COO) of THE SHOW, you will work directly alongside the Founder & CEO to oversee daily business operations, execute strategic initiatives, and help scale our live social media platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, establish efficient processes, and coordinate business activities.
• Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute business plans, growth strategies, and long-term objectives.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support our $3 million Seed fundraising initiative through investor outreach, presentations, relationship development, and due diligence.
• Business Development: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, creators, entertainment companies, and other business partners.
• User Acquisition & Growth: Develop and oversee marketing initiatives designed to attract, engage, and retain users.
• Financial Planning: Assist with budgeting, financial projections, resource allocation, and operational performance.
• Technology Coordination: Manage relationships with software development teams and external technology providers to ensure operational efficiency and platform scalability.
• Team Development: Help recruit, organize, and lead key personnel as the company grows.
• Executive Representation: Represent THE SHOW in business meetings, negotiations, investor discussions, and strategic partnerships.
• Execution & Accountability: Translate the CEO’s vision into measurable objectives, actionable plans, and business results.
