About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable software applications.

The ideal candidate has strong programming fundamentals, practical software development experience, and the ability to solve technical problems collaboratively. We value engineers who take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and continuously improve their skills.

You will work with product, design, and engineering team members to build software that solves real business problems and delivers value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Develop automated tests and help maintain reliable deployment processes.
• Contribute to application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Use appropriate AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while reviewing and validating generated code.
• Stay current with relevant technologies and recommend improvements to our engineering processes.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in software development or a related engineering role.
• Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or Go.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing web applications, backend services, or full-stack software.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of application security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants or integrating AI capabilities into software applications.
• Experience working in Agile or other iterative software development environments.
