Ecommerce Manager operation

About the Role
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily online store operations, coordinate order fulfilment, and improve the customer shopping experience. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, marketing, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across the company’s website and online marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional offers.
• Oversee order processing, shipping, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to maintain sufficient inventory.
• Monitor sales, order accuracy, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve operational issues and improve processes to reduce delays and costs.
• Support marketing campaigns by ensuring stock and fulfilment readiness.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement. Requirements
• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, including team supervision or management.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Noon.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service.
• Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage priorities and coordinate across multiple teams.
