Job Title: Project / Program Manager – Supply Chain

Location: Atlanta, GA – All 5 Days Onsite- In-person interview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting Supply Chain initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive, proactive communication across business and technology teams.
• Anticipate project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and drive mitigation plans.
• Prepare concise executive-level status summaries, recommendations, and decision points.
• Manage senior stakeholders and maintain strong alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Drive decisions, accountability, and timely resolution of issues across multiple workstreams.
• Take ownership of project outcomes rather than focusing only on status reporting.
• Manage project plans, milestones, scope, resources, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Project Management / Program Management experience.
• Strong experience working with Supply Chain systems, processes, or transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams, dependencies, and complex initiatives.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
