Research & Content Associate (Remote)

FundFlow helps emerging-market venture fund managers launch and operate institutional-grade investment firms. We work across fund formation, operations, LP readiness and intelligence, helping managers build the infrastructure required to raise and manage capital effectively.

We are also building a growing content and intelligence platform covering fund management, LP activity, emerging managers, industry developments and opportunities across venture capital.

The Role
We are looking for a highly curious, commercially minded Research & Content Associate to help expand FundFlow's research, editorial and digital presence. This is not a traditional social media role: you will research complex topics, identify what is genuinely interesting, turn those insights into compelling content, and help distribute that work across FundFlow's channels.

What You Will Work On

• Research venture capital, LPs, fund management, emerging managers and relevant market developments.
• Develop editorial ideas and write articles, newsletters, social posts and short-form video scripts.- Help launch and grow FundFlow's Substack and broader email audience.- Repurpose strong research intelligently across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and email.
• Create and/or present short-form video content for FundFlow.- Identify and curate relevant venture capital jobs and ecosystem opportunities.
• Maintain a strong content pipeline and editorial calendar.
• Track relevant news, reports, data and conversations across the venture ecosystem.
• Contribute ideas for growing FundFlow's audience, reach and subscriber base.

What We Are Looking For

• Clear, sharp writing and the ability to form a point of view.
• Comfort understanding complex information and explaining it simply.- Strong curiosity about venture capital, investing, business and emerging markets.
• Confidence speaking on camera and communicating ideas clearly.- Good instinct for how content should differ across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and email.- Resourcefulness, organisation and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort using AI tools intelligently while maintaining your own judgment, fact-checking and voice. Prior venture capital experience is useful, but not required.

What Success Looks Like
You consistently find ideas worth publishing, research them properly and turn them into high-quality content with minimal supervision. Over time, you should be able to take an idea from research to angle to draft to distribution while maintaining FundFlow's standards for accuracy and quality.
