Hiring: AI Practitioner, Industrial AI | Remote/Flexible, USA

A leading industrial and manufacturing technology client is looking for an AI leader who can connect the shop floor with enterprise AI, and who can also win the business.

The role

• Identify and prioritize high-value Industrial AI use cases for manufacturing clients (predictive maintenance, quality inspection, OEE and energy optimization)
• Lead shop floor transformation conversations with plant, IT and executive stakeholders
• Pursue deals, shape proposals and partner with delivery teams to close and grow strategic accounts
• Build the solution story, from plant data and cloud data platforms to AI/GenAI-driven outcomes

Who we’re looking for

• 15+ years of enterprise AI, data or digital transformation experience with Fortune 100 or large-enterprise clients
• Exposure to shop floor or manufacturing transformation (MES, plant data, IIoT, OT/IT convergence)
• Track record in client-facing solutioning, strategic account growth or GTM
• Experience with modern data and AI platforms (Databricks, cloud data platforms, governance, GenAI)
• Background in IT services or industrial technology firms (Zensar, Cognizant, Siemens, Dell, Hitachi-type environments) is a plus
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
