Business Development Associate (Commission-Based)

RealEstateMoses is a Real Estate RevOps consultancy. We build CRM systems, AI automation, and lead scoring for high-volume brokerages and boutique real estate agencies across Nigeria, the UK, and Dubai.

We need a Business Development Associate to own our outbound pipeline from first touch to booked discovery call, and to close clients with us on the later stages.

What we need
-Proven outbound experience, ideally B2B services or real estate
-Strong written English and the ability to write short emails that get replies
-Self-directed, measured on results

Compensation
-Commission terms and payout timing are confirmed in writing before you start
