Operations Manager

Alto Cirra is hiring an Operations Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Role overview
Coordinate daily operational workflows across field crews, logistics, and mission scheduling. Ensure resources, timelines, and readiness align with active deployment demands.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate schedules, logistics, equipment needs, and handoffs across operational teams.
• Maintain clear plans and status tracking so teams can see priorities, owners, and dependencies.
• Identify workflow gaps and help improve operating procedures and readiness reviews.

Required skills and criteria

• Experience coordinating operations, projects, logistics, or multiple teams.
• Strong organization and follow-through across changing schedules and priorities.
• Clear communication and the ability to maintain accurate operational records.

Recommended skills

• Experience supporting field programs, aviation, UAS, or weather operations.
• Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, or process improvement.
