About the company
An AI-powered property intelligence company is simplifying and accelerating property ownership verification. Its platform analyses property documents across languages and formats, identifies risks and missing documentation, and verifies records against government databases in real time. Focused on BFSI, the company has reduced property verification turnaround time from 4 days to under 30 minutes and processed over 15,000 loan applications since January.

The role
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll be one of the first engineering hires and help shape the product and technical direction. You’ll work directly with clients to understand pain points, design and validate solutions, turn customer metrics into product insights, scale document-ingestion pipelines, debug LLM outputs, build multi-agent systems, and ship end-to-end features on GCP.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features.
• Scale document ingestion and verification pipelines.
• Develop and debug LLM-powered workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Work directly with customers and translate their needs into product improvements.
• Make pragmatic architecture decisions and build reliable production systems.

What we’re looking for

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Working knowledge of React, SQL, and a cloud platform (GCP preferred).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, structured outputs, multi-agent orchestration, agent traces, and evaluations.
• Experience building production backend systems with queues, retries, idempotency, logs, and traces.
• A habit of measuring outcomes and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience integrating with challenging websites and APIs, including sessions, form posts, HTML parsing, and rate limits.
• Graduates from Tier 1 Indian colleges or leading international universities are encouraged to apply.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (onsite)
Experience: 2–5 years
Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA
