What We Look For
We hire across levels (Early-Career, Mid-Level, and Senior/Staff Engineers) with strong foundational problem-solving capabilities:

Core Engineering Foundations: Clean coding standards, strong system design instincts, and solid data structures and algorithms foundations.
Modern Tech Stacks: Hands-on experience across backend, frontend, or full-stack environments (e.g., Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, or cloud infrastructure).
High-Impact Builders: Experience writing resilient production code, building scalable distributed systems, or integrating Applied AI / LLM workflows.
Communication & Ownership: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineering leadership, product managers, and founders.

Eligibility Requirements
Work Authorization: Must be a Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or US Citizen currently residing in the United States. (Candidates requiring visa sponsorship or international candidates cannot be considered for this specific pool).

Location: Remote within the United States or open to relocation to premier US tech hubs (San Francisco / Bay Area, New York, Greater California, Arizona).

Compensation & What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $5,000 to $9,000 USD per month ($60,000 – $108,000/year base rate depending on experience, role scope, and partner firm).
