About the opportunity

Scaler is looking for experienced AI/ML professionals who can help working engineers build strong foundations in machine learning through structured, practical instruction.

You will teach live sessions using structured course material and work with the instructional team to deliver a high-quality learning experience.

What you will do

• Conduct live AI/ML sessions for working professionals.
• Explain machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, neural networks and deep learning concepts clearly.
• Connect theoretical concepts with practical industry applications.
• Resolve learner doubts and identify conceptual gaps.
• Use structured course material to deliver engaging, beginner-friendly sessions.
• Maintain consistent teaching quality and commitment throughout the engagement.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML or machine learning-related work.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, model evaluation, neural networks and relevant practical applications.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a structured, simple and engaging manner.
• Availability to teach live sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 PM–12 AM IST.
• Willingness to commit consistently for approximately 4–5 months.

Time commitment and compensation

• Remote, part-time engagement.
• Approximately 8–10 hours per week.
• Fixed live-session schedule on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
• Compensation of up to ₹20,000 per class, subject to the applicable compensation structure and eligibility.
