Our work spans technology procurement, software engineering, IT infrastructure, systems integration, operational intelligence, and ongoing technical support.

We work with organizations ranging from growing small and medium-sized businesses to established enterprises across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, professional services, education, and technology.

Our core service areas include:

  • Technology Procurement & Infrastructure: Business hardware, software, networking equipment, technology sourcing, deployment, and systems integration.
  • Kspace FieldOps: On-site technology assessments, installation, configuration, equipment deployment, technical field support, and infrastructure documentation.
  • Kspace Refresh: Enterprise hardware replacement, technology lifecycle management, asset recovery, trade-in coordination, and responsible recycling.
  • Kspace OIP (Operational Intelligence Platform): Operational assessments, performance reporting, data visibility, workflow improvement, and technology-enabled business optimization.
  • Software & Digital Product Development: Custom websites, mobile applications, business platforms, internal software, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Technology Consulting & Ongoing Support: Technical advisory, managed technology services, maintenance, infrastructure support, and long-term client engagements.

At Kspace Technologies, we believe technology should solve real business problems, improve productivity, reduce operational inefficiencies, and create measurable value.

We are expanding our commercial operations and looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to help us reach new customers, build relationships, and create sustainable revenue opportunities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded, and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for Kspace Technologies.

This is a client-facing position focused on generating qualified leads, developing relationships with decision-makers, identifying business challenges, presenting suitable technology solutions, and converting opportunities into paying clients.

The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging business owners, executives, operations managers, procurement departments, and technology decision-makers.

You do not need to be a software engineer or technical specialist. However, you must be willing to understand our services, explain their business value, and work with our technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.

This position goes beyond traditional lead generation. You will participate in the commercial sales cycle, from market research and initial outreach to client discovery, proposal preparation, negotiation, and successful onboarding.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of opportunities, follows through consistently, and understands that business development is about building trust, creating value, and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from Kspace Technologies’ products and services.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across priority industries and geographic markets.
  • Conduct professional outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, telephone calls, networking, and business introductions.
  • Identify business owners, executives, IT managers, operations directors, procurement teams, and other relevant decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budgets, decision-making authority, timelines, and potential commercial value.
  • Schedule and participate in introductory calls, discovery meetings, product presentations, and client consultations.
  • Develop personalized outreach approaches for different industries and customer segments.
  • Identify organizations planning hardware upgrades, technology deployments, software projects, operational improvements, or new locations.
  • Generate opportunities for both one-time projects and recurring service agreements.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients and existing leads.
  1. B2B Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline, from initial contact through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services from Kspace’s portfolio.
  • Communicate technical offerings in clear, business-focused language.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to evaluate feasibility, project scope, delivery timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, statements of work, service agreements, and commercial presentations.
  • Present proposals to prospective clients and communicate the commercial value of recommended solutions.
  • Address client questions, objections, budget limitations, and purchasing concerns.
  • Support negotiations while following Kspace’s approved pricing, margin, and contracting policies.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into signed agreements, approved purchase orders, or confirmed commercial engagements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and internal handover of newly acquired clients.
  1. Strategic Partnerships & Channel Development
  • Identify potential technology vendors, distributors, consultants, service providers, and strategic business partners.
  • Develop relationships with organizations that can refer clients, support joint opportunities, or expand Kspace’s market reach.
  • Explore partnerships with IT service providers, telecommunications companies, equipment suppliers, business associations, and industry networks.
  • Identify reseller, referral, subcontracting, and channel partnership opportunities.
  • Support partnership discussions, commercial evaluations, and coordination of joint initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Assist in developing mutually beneficial partnership proposals and business cases.
  1. Technology Solutions & Service Development

Work across our commercial service portfolio to identify opportunities for:

Kspace FieldOps

  • On-site technology assessments and installations.
  • Workstation, networking, Wi-Fi, POS, and peripheral deployments.
  • Multi-location technology rollouts.

  • Business technology procurement.
  • Ongoing support, optimization, and service retainers.

You will be expected to understand these offerings well enough to recognize commercial opportunities and involve the appropriate technical specialists when needed.

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Establish professional and long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts into additional Kspace services.
  • Support renewals and recurring engagements in collaboration with account and delivery teams.

  • Maintain accurate prospect, client, and opportunity information in the company’s CRM and designated management tools.
  • Record outreach activity, discovery notes, meeting outcomes, proposals, deal stages, and next steps.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline updates and periodic sales performance reports.
  • Monitor expected deal values, conversion rates, sales cycle progression, and projected revenue.
  • Track follow-ups and maintain accountability for assigned opportunities.
  • Work with management to establish sales forecasts and monthly commercial targets.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the acquisition process and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure client information, pricing, proposals, and internal commercial records are handled confidentially.
