About the role
Alpha Hub, a subsidiary of Konzortia Capital, is building an AI-driven SaaS marketplace for private capital. We are looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer to shape our vision, creating intuitive, accessible experiences for investors, startups, and other platform users.
The initial six-month term is compensated through common shares issued monthly in lieu of cash salary, based on a company valuation of $26 million. After six months, there may be an opportunity to transition to a compensation structure that includes salary, bonus, and equity, subject to performance, company needs, and successful fundraising. This transition is not guaranteed. We understand that's not a conventional arrangement, and it won't be the right fit for everyone. We're looking for people who value ownership, impact, and the opportunity to help shape a company from an early stage. What you'll do:

Support user research, interviews, and usability testing; map personas, journeys, and workflows.
Help bring our vision to life by turning wireframes and prototypes into polished, responsive user interfaces.
Build design systems and component libraries for consistent branding and usability.
Partner with product and engineering; provide specifications, assets, and implementation support.
Use feedback and data to refine designs while balancing quality with sprint delivery.

What we're looking for:

Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills, including typography and layout.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision; responsive and accessible design skills.
Experience collaborating with product and engineering in agile teams.
Preferred: 4+ years in UI/UX, ideally in SaaS or marketplaces; fintech or B2B experience.
Design systems experience and a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience, are preferred.
