Role: Sr. Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Canada-Remote

Type: Long term contract

Job Details:

• 7-9 years of hands-on engineering experience in SRE tooling, automation, AIOps, or production reliability engineering.
• Strong programming experience with Python, APIs, scripting, and system integrations.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience building automation, internal tools, operational dashboards, runbook automation, or AI/ML/GenAI-enabled utilities.
• Retail technology experience is strongly preferred, especially in eCommerce, OMS, fulfillment, inventory, payments, store systems, or customer-facing digital platforms.
