Co-Founder — Fundraising & Business Leadership | Matriosh

Matriosh is an early-stage, stealth startup developing an AI product. We are seeking a co-founder to work alongside our technical founding team, lead fundraising, and build relationships with investors and strategic partners.

You will own the fundraising process, including developing the company’s pitch, preparing investor materials, conducting outreach, leading meetings, negotiating terms, and closing funding rounds. You will also help shape the company’s strategic direction while the technical founders lead product development and technical execution.

The ideal candidate has experience personally leading and closing a startup funding round, understands startup financing and investor expectations, and communicates clearly. We value initiative, accountability, consistent follow-through, and a long-term commitment to building a company in an uncertain environment.

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, with compensation and equity terms to be discussed with leadership. There is a potential path to the CEO role based on performance, alignment, and long-term commitment.
