About the role

This is a remote Sales Development Representative position based in the United States. The engagement is as an independent contractor, not as an employee. You will own a defined territory of e-commerce brands and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Outbound calling is the primary channel, supported by email, LinkedIn sequences and attending local conferences/events.

What you will do

• Run daily outbound calls to e-commerce decision makers within your assigned territory.

• Handle objections on the phone and qualify prospects against our ideal customer profile.

• Book and confirm discovery meetings for our Account Executives.

• Support your calling activity with email and LinkedIn outreach.

• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

What we are looking for

• 6 to 12 months of outbound cold calling experience, or equivalent hands-on sales experience gained through an internship or a comparable role.

• Native-level proficiency in English, spoken and written.

• A background in sales, business studies, or an entrepreneurial project.

• Comfort with high call volumes and the resilience to work through rejection.

• Strong self-management: you can hold a consistent daily rhythm while working remotely.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor.

Compensation

$30,000 USD annual base and $60,000 USD on-target earnings. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly, with accelerated rates once you pass your monthly target.
