Niuro is hiring a Lead Frontend Engineer for a high-precision US tax preparation platform where speed, accuracy and accessibility are critical. You will lead a distributed frontend team while staying hands-on with React and TypeScript.
You will
- Lead and mentor frontend engineers: technical direction, code reviews and unblocking.
- Architect and build complex React components and feature modules end to end.
- Optimize performance with code splitting, memoization and efficient state management.
- Design API contracts with backend engineers and contribute to .NET services when needed.
- Diagnose production issues and keep high standards for testing and documentation.
You bring
- 5+ years in software engineering, 3+ with production React.
- Documented experience as Tech Lead, Team Lead or Engineering Manager.
- Strong TypeScript, modern JavaScript and REST APIs.
- Solid frontend architecture and state management.
- UX sensibility: you turn UX requirements into great frontend solutions.
- C1 English.
Nice to have: .NET / C#, Jest, React Testing Library, fintech.
Contract: full-time, fully remote, monthly contract in USD.
