About the Role

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer with strong Python experience to join our remote engineering team.

You'll work across the entire application stack, designing robust backend systems, developing modern frontend interfaces, integrating APIs, and building scalable cloud-based applications.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating with a globally distributed team.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and improve application reliability.
• Collaborate asynchronously with developers, designers, and other team members.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience developing frontend applications with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or generative AI integrations.
• Familiarity with Node.js or other backend technologies.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, or serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud infrastructure automation.
• Experience working in startup environments or distributed engineering teams.
