We are a venture-backed startup based in Bay Area. We are building the frontier models and infrastracture for AI characters in the anime world. We train models for expressive anime-style voice and motion, built for real-time interaction.

What you'll work on

• Design and build the architecture behind model inference and our character API
• Improve stability and reliability under real-time production traffic
• Measure and cut latency across the whole voice and avatar pipeline
• Improve internal agent harness the whole team runs on

What we're looking for

• Love anime
• Work effectively with coding agents to deliver high-quality systems
• Care about building systems that are stable, reliable, and fast, and you approach them systematically
• Hands-on experience building with AI/LLM models and applications
• Product-minded, and you thrive on a fast-paced team
