Location: Hybrid for LA, CA full-time. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Application Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and document enterprise web applications and APIs.
• Develop scalable and high-performance solutions using modern software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Lead development efforts for new applications, enhancements, integrations, and modernization projects.
• Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces that provide an optimal user experience.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Participate in application architecture and technology roadmap planning.
• Design RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Promote secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) standards.
• Align development practices with enterprise governance and security requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Support automated deployment, infrastructure-as-code, and environment management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize cloud-hosted workloads.
• Monitor application performance, logging, telemetry, and operational metrics.
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Business Analysis & Collaboration

• Collaborate with business units to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support user acceptance testing and production releases.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

• Utilize Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and approved AI platforms to improve development productivity.
• Design AI-enabled business solutions utilizing LLMs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, and enterprise AI services.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted software development practices.
• Ensure responsible AI principles, governance, privacy, and security requirements are followed.
