Position: Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy medical imaging software and related IT systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Set up and maintain on-premises and cloud-based servers
• Configure imaging protocols and support medical imaging data routing
• Train customers on software usage and system operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) industry
• Understanding of on-premises and cloud computing environments
• Ability to provide technical customer support, diagnose and troubleshoot software issues
• Willingness and ability to travel for business as required
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and operating systems in Linux and Windows environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating medical imaging systems using PACS and DICOM standards
• Strong understanding of hospital imaging workflows and clinical operations
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls
• Experience providing technical support and communicating with healthcare professionals and hospital IT teams
