Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

At Vayrova, we believe performance marketing is more than spending on ads. It's about understanding people, identifying opportunities, and turning the right strategy into measurable business growth.

We're looking for someone who can help us build and manage the performance marketing segment, working across Meta Ads and Google Ads to develop campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions for the brands we partner with.

This is a part-time opportunity for someone who brings strong fundamentals, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to quality. You'll begin with structured training and onboarding to understand our approach, followed by hands-on involvement in real projects.

What you'll work on

1. Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
2. Research target audiences, competitors, keywords, and campaign opportunities.
3. Assist in developing performance marketing strategies aligned with each brand's goals.
4. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
5. Contribute to reporting, testing, and continuous improvement across campaigns.

Who we're looking for

1. Someone with a sound understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising fundamentals.
2. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
3. A data-driven mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively.
4. Someone who values precision, accountability, and quality over simply getting things done.
5. A self-driven individual who is open to feedback, continuous learning, and experimentation.

How we work

We believe in building capability alongside delivering quality. The engagement will begin with training and onboarding to align you with Vayrova's standards, processes, and approach to growth.

The role will initially be part-time, with responsibilities and involvement evolving based on project requirements and performance. For individuals who demonstrate strong skills, consistency, ownership, and quality of output, there may be an opportunity to transition into a more involved, long-term role with Vayrova.

We're less interested in titles and more interested in what you can bring to the table.
