About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales team, generate leads, acquire clients, and close deals. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both team management and personal sales contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
Generate leads and build client relationships.
Promote AI, SaaS, software development, and automation services.
Manage sales pipelines, negotiate deals, and close clients.
Track sales performance and report business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales, business development, or team management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in IT services or SaaS sales is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
