Sales Lead

You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire and own the full commercial process, from first conversation to signed deal to long-term account growth. Your focus will be enterprise brands and marketing agencies that need recurring video content every month. You’ll work directly with the founders and help build the sales playbook and team as we expand into Europe.

What you’ll do

• Find, pitch and close enterprise brands and agencies
• Turn one-off projects into recurring monthly partnerships
• Run the full pipeline: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation and closing
• Build our sales process, playbook and CRM structure from the ground up
• Work with the founders on pricing, packaging and go-to-market for new markets
• Bring customer feedback back into the product

Who you are

• A proven closer with experience selling B2B, ideally to marketing teams or agencies
• Experienced in the creator economy, UGC, influencer marketing or adtech (a big plus)
• Comfortable owning the whole cycle, with no SDR team behind you yet
• Builder mindset: you want to shape a function, not just hit a quota
• Fluent in Portuguese + Conversational English (Spanish a bonus)
