We’re looking for a QA Manager to join us at an early stage and help build our QA function, establish quality standards, and shape how AI agents evaluate software quality.

What You’ll Do

• Build the QA function: Define QA strategy, processes, best practices, and quality standards from the ground up.
• Drive test automation: Design, implement, and scale automation across web applications, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.
• Lead quality engineering: Oversee functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Improve failure analysis: Identify whether test failures indicate genuine product defects, flaky tests, test data issues, or environmental problems.
• Evaluate AI-driven testing: Assess AI-generated tests, validate execution results, and improve the reliability of AI-powered testing workflows.
• Shape intelligent quality decisions: Help define how AI agents use testing evidence to distinguish real defects from false positives and unreliable results.
• Establish a quality-first culture: Build scalable QA practices that support the company as it grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills.
• The ability to design QA processes and frameworks from scratch.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset suited to an early-stage startup.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, AI agents, and the future of software testing.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or AI-assisted testing tools.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI evaluation, or validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Experience building or scaling QA functions in a startup or fast-growing engineering team.
