Heigin (heigin.com) is an India-first, AI-first CRM for small and medium businesses. It keeps every lead, contact and deal in one place, lets AI draft follow-ups and score leads, and helps a team of three run a pipeline like a team of ten. WhatsApp automation, IndiaMART lead capture and GST quotes are built around how Indian businesses actually sell. We are a small founding team, close to launch, and you will work directly with the founders.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a list of 200 to 300 target SMBs by city and sector, such as retail, real estate, ed-tech and manufacturing
• Reach out to business owners on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, and book product demos
• Turn our build updates and customer conversations into LinkedIn and Instagram posts
• Research keywords and write SEO pages and blog posts in simple English and Hindi, such as "CRM for small business India" and "lead tracking in Excel vs CRM"
• Optimise Heigin for GEO (generative engine optimisation): structure content as clear question and answer pages, FAQs and comparisons so Heigin gets cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews
• Get Heigin listed on directories and comparison sites (G2, Capterra, SaaSworthy, AlternativeTo) and track mentions in AI answers
• Track replies, objections and rankings in a shared sheet and summarise them weekly
• Help run our launch campaign and grow the waitlist

What we are looking for

• Clear writing in English and Hindi
• Has posted online or run outreach before, even for a college club or a personal page
• Basic understanding of SEO: keywords, on-page optimisation, backlinks
• Curious about how AI search tools pick their sources and how small businesses sell and follow up with customers
• Can take a task, finish it, and report back without being chased
• Basic comfort with LinkedIn, Canva and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and a keyword tool like Ubersuggest or Google Keyword Planner is a plus
